Executive Chef/ Co-Owner

Chef Lindsay Platt trained at the Culinary Arts Program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. While obtaining her Red Seal Certificate she earned a scholarship from the Canadian Culinary Foundation for being top in her class.

Her professional kitchen experience includes positions at several Victoria establishments, such as Laurel Point Inn’s Aura restaurant and Camosun College as an Educational Assistant for the Culinary Department.

Lindsay is now living back in Winnipeg and is the Chef and Co/Owner of Modern Plate Catering, specializing in creating a customized dining experience for clients.  Lindsay’s passion is food, she enjoys creating delicious and seasonally inspired menus that will make any event a Culinary Delight!

Amber has a project management education and as planned multiple corporate events and volunteers her time in the non profit sector.
